The Administration is governed by a volunteer
Board of Directors. The Board is made of five
members and is headed by a Chairperson. The
membership includes/has included business
people, community leaders, healthcare
professionals and students, all of whom live in
the designated service area.
The Board is charged with supervising
Foundation operation as well as overseeing the
performance of the programs we fund. The Board
coordinates the Foundation finances, controls
distribution of grant monies, evaluates
programs, and is charged with securing the day
to day functioning of the Foundation. It also
acts as the public representation of the
Foundation by holding a yearly informational
meeting attending other public events, and
making itself available to funded programs as
well as the general public. |
